Join our welcoming Classical Kundalini Yoga class, open to everyone from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and support overall mental health and wellbeing.
The practice begins with Sun Salutations to gently warm and energise the body, followed by breathwork (pranayama) to cultivate balance, focus, and resilience. You will then experience a Kundalini Kriya—a carefully structured sequence of postures, movement, breath, and awareness that works to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and restore inner harmony.
The class concludes with deep relaxation and mantra meditation, offering an opportunity to release tension, reset the nervous system, and connect with a deeper sense of peace and wellbeing. Whether you are completely new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, all are welcome in this supportive and inclusive space.
