Set in the tranquil surroundings of the Old Wood, these sessions help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world.
What to Expect:
Mindful movement inspired by nature, encouraging flow and gentle stretching
Forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku) — immerse your senses in the sights, sounds, and scents of the woodland
Guided mindfulness exercises to calm the mind, reduce stress, and increase focus
Connection with community in a supportive, inclusive outdoor space
