Join us for our Woodland Wellbeing Kitchen Gardening sessions and get hands-on with growing vegetables, herbs, and flowers while supporting your local community! These sessions are perfect for anyone who loves nature, gardening, or simply wants to make a positive impact.
Travel:
A mini bus is provided for all participants:
Pickup from Lincolnshire Life Museum at 10:00 am
Pickup from Mint Lane Wellbeing Hub at 10:10 am
Drop off to Lincolnshire Life Museum at 14:30 pm
Drop off to Mint Lane Wellbeing Hub at 14:35 pm
Cost: £5 per person for the mini bus
During the session you will:
Help grow and care for vegetables, herbs, and flowers
Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and garden maintenance
Support community members attending our wellbeing programme
Extras:
Free woodland counselling is available on a first-come, first-served basis during the session
Learn practical gardening skills and gain experience in nature-based wellbeing
Meet like-minded people and help promote mental health, wellbeing, and sustainability
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor work
Water bottle
Gloves and sun protection if needed
