Sat 18 Apr 2026, 10.00am - 1.00pm
Step into spring with this grounding and restorative Spring Forest Bathing experience guided by Fiona. As the woods burst into life with new buds and birdsong, take time to slow down, reconnect, and feel renewed.
This three-hour workshop begins with gentle, mindful walking before moving into a deeply tranquil forest bathing practice. There’s no rush and no right way to take part, simply an invitation to notice, breathe, and open your senses to the living landscape around you.
The morning concludes gathered in a circle to share herbal and wild teas, light snacks, and reflections on the season ahead.
Fiona brings a lifetime of experience in movement, nature, and human connection to her work as a Forest Therapist. With a professional background in sports coaching, outdoor adventure, and technical instruction, she has spent decades supporting people to build confidence, resilience, and awareness, both within themselves and in the natural world.
Her sessions are welcoming, inclusive, and gently guided, inviting participants of all experience levels to slow down and rediscover a sense of harmony with nature.
Through forest therapy, Fiona helps people reduce stress, restore balance, and cultivate wellbeing, drawing on both research and her grounded, intuitive approach.
What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, warm layers, and a sense of curiosity.
