This class offers a gentle yet powerful approach to restoring balance in body and mind through the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Each session combines rhythmic movement, postures, and breathwork to release tension, strengthen the nervous system, and support emotional wellbeing.
Breathing exercises (pranayama) help calm the mind and increase vitality, while guided postures and flowing sequences improve flexibility, circulation, and inner stability. The practice is completed with mantra and deep relaxation, allowing the body to integrate and the mind to settle into stillness.
Kundalini Yoga is suitable for all levels and can be adapted to individual needs. It supports recovery from stress, anxiety, fatigue, and physical imbalance, offering tools for resilience and self-awareness.
This class includes a limited number of Woodland Wellbeing Referral spaces.
