Gardening, Growth & Community
Join us for six weeks of gardening, learning, and connection in our woodland kitchen garden. This volunteer-led journey blends hands-on practical work with mindful observation of the land’s changing seasons.
Together, we’ll follow the natural cycles of plants — germination, growth, bloom, seed setting, death, and decomposition — using these rhythms as metaphors for personal growth and transformation.
Whether you’re tending a garden or nurturing a new idea, you will:
Develop essential ecological and horticultural skills, including soil health, composting, plant care, and seed saving
Connect with like minded people
Contribute to a community project grounded in ethical values and climate action for the future
This session includes a limited number of Woodland Wellbeing Referral spaces.
*These places have now been fully allocated. However, individuals or organisations interested in the programme are welcome to get in touch to be added to the waiting list or to discuss future opportunities in more detail.
