Join us for a peaceful wander through the serene woodland paths of Old Wood. Each session is carefully crafted to soothe body and mind, helping you shift from a state of ‘doing’ to one of simply ‘being’. Through gentle, sensory invitations, you’ll attune to the rhythms of the forest, experience the beauty of the seasons, and rediscover your inner calm.

Our guided “Canopy Calm” experience invites deep relaxation, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and renewed. Refreshments are provided, and a compost toilet is available on site. You’ll also leave with simple, practical tools to nurture your wellbeing in everyday life.

Your guide, Atma, is a Yoga teacher, forest bathing practitioner, and theologian who draws on her own lived experience of mindfulness and nature connection to ease anxiety linked with neurodiversity. Her sessions are gentle, inclusive, and welcoming to all who enjoy being outdoors.

Participants often describe profound benefits for both body and mind — from reduced stress and improved mood to enhanced creativity, lower blood pressure, stronger immunity, and faster recovery from illness. This programme offers a sanctuary for those navigating life’s challenges, including grief, loss, burnout, or times of transition.

This session includes a limited number of Woodland Wellbeing Referral spaces.

There is no vehicular access to the Woodland.
