These Community Yoga classes for mental wellbeing address various aspects of mental health, including depression, anxiety, fear, addictions, emotional imbalances, trauma, and stress.
Using the wisdom of nature and Yogic techniques, participants will enhance their confidence and resilience to face life's challenges.
