The session will open your awareness and conclude with a traditional tea ceremony, honouring the balance and renewal of the season. Beginning at Skellingthorpe Community Centre, Atma will guide you on a calming and restorative journey through Old Wood to Old Wood Organic Farm, helping you quiet the mind and fully arrive in the present moment.
