These free Kundalini Yoga classes for mental wellbeing address various aspects of mental health, including depression, anxiety, fear, addictions, emotional imbalances, trauma, and stress.
Participants will enhance their confidence and resilience to face life's challenges. Whether facing work-related stress, personal concerns, or unexpected setbacks, these sessions aim to restore balance and empower individuals to regain a sense of calm.
Each session begins in the Mint Lane Wellbeing Hub Kitchen Garden, with a brief gratitude for nature practice. This simple process involves expressing gratitude for the surrounding sights, sounds, sensations, and experiences, after this we will bring nature inside with ous where the Yoga class will commence.
