Kundalini Yoga and Mantra practice can be beneficial for everyone. During each session, we focus on being attuned to the sensations within our body, mind, and emotions. By embracing the present moment and releasing internal judgment and mental chatter, you will experience a sense of internal harmony, clarity, and vitality.
Participating in Kundalini Yoga creates a feeling of calmness, balance, and rejuvenation. You'll emerge feeling relaxed, awakened, centred, and invigorated—as if your body, mind, and spirit have enjoyed a reset and reconnect!
Kundalini Yoga Practice
Kundalini Yoga is a powerful tool for personal self development. By systematically strengthening the nervous and glandular systems, it enhances physical, mental, and emotional stability, leading to heightened awareness, sensitivity, and vitality. The primal vital energy can then be circulated and gently utilised throughout your entire being, facilitating a joyful, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Mantra: Purifying the Subconscious
Mantra practice helps to cleanse and purify your entire being, including the subconscious mind. It fosters a positive mindset and guides practitioners into profound experiences of existence.
Atmashant Kaur
Atma is a dedicated Kundalini Yoga teacher, meditative therapy facilitator, and the founder of Old Wood Organic CIC. She delights in integrating spiritual teachings into daily life while supporting others on their journey to wellness and fulfillment. Atmashant has earned a Level 2 certification from the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), is a member of the UK Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA), and acts as the local coordinator for the Guru Ram Das Project (GRDP). She has been actively teaching Kundalini Yoga since 2015.
